| amazon sent a generic "ST-350" instead of the product in the picture. I purchased the authentic Brother product 1-2 years ago, same web page, no problems. This time, Amazon sent me a generic instead of the pictured product. I thought I was paying for the authentic brother product. |

| I was unpleasantly suprised to find that the two items ordered has to come from different suppliers. This of course requires double shipping charges. One would think that the 74xl and 75xl ink cartridges, which go together much like salt and pepper, would be available from the same supplier? Live and learn, I guess! I am taking this review system as my only option (other than the phone) to vent my dissatisfaction. I looked for a way to use E-mail, but can't seem to find such an option. |

| I've been using the same printer with the same cartriges (not the same cartriges literaly, I mean, I run out and buy another... you know what I mean) for about 3 years now and never had a problem, hopefully it stays that way! |

| I have used these cartridges without problems however, run a test report when you install new cartridges. The Cyan cartridge was only 86% full. I complained to HP and they say they are filled robotically. They didn't offer to make it right however. It would be interesting to know how often this happens. Cyan usually runs out first for me. Do you think this could be a way to get you to buy more ink cartridges? |

| I use these in a Canon IP5200. It creates great quality pictures, but does have a few limitations. Anyone thinking of buying an inkjet printer, should always check the price of the ink! A great deal on a printer can quickly turn into a money hole. It has been my experience that these cartridges, while less expensive than other brands, do not yield as many prints as advertised.

| If you need a ink cartridge for your HP - get the actual HP brand and get the larger quantity size. It is worth it for the print quality is better (and will remain better - based on own tests and after reading reviews written in computer magazines) and it was great knowing that there is more ink available before I had to replace it. The regular cartridges are just not sufficient for my printer usage. The vendor working through Amazon definitely gave me a great price even with shipping costs as compared ... Read More: |
