| amazon sent a generic "ST-350" instead of the product in the picture. I purchased the authentic Brother product 1-2 years ago, same web page, no problems. This time, Amazon sent me a generic instead of the pictured product. I thought I was paying for the authentic brother product. |

| This is a great Kindle cover because it is very sturdy, and the Kindle does not fall out of it like the original cover they send with the Kindle. I do especially like this cover because it is genuine leather, and gives the Kindle a sleek, executive look to it. Also, on the inside cover it has slots for business cards, a pen, or storage for slips of paper/notes you may need with you. THIS is the cover they should've sent with the purchase of the Kindle. |

| I was unpleasantly suprised to find that the two items ordered has to come from different suppliers. This of course requires double shipping charges. One would think that the 74xl and 75xl ink cartridges, which go together much like salt and pepper, would be available from the same supplier? Live and learn, I guess! I am taking this review system as my only option (other than the phone) to vent my dissatisfaction. I looked for a way to use E-mail, but can't seem to find such an option. |

| I've been using the same printer with the same cartriges (not the same cartriges literaly, I mean, I run out and buy another... you know what I mean) for about 3 years now and never had a problem, hopefully it stays that way! |

| I have used these cartridges without problems however, run a test report when you install new cartridges. The Cyan cartridge was only 86% full. I complained to HP and they say they are filled robotically. They didn't offer to make it right however. It would be interesting to know how often this happens. Cyan usually runs out first for me. Do you think this could be a way to get you to buy more ink cartridges? |

| Canon photo paper Plus II gives me amazing results on my Canon printer.
I've tried Costco photo paper (returned it) and HP photo glossy (It's OK, but doesn't seem to give the same depth.) Canon papers have always treated me well and I'm sticking with them! |

| I use these in a Canon IP5200. It creates great quality pictures, but does have a few limitations. Anyone thinking of buying an inkjet printer, should always check the price of the ink! A great deal on a printer can quickly turn into a money hole. It has been my experience that these cartridges, while less expensive than other brands, do not yield as many prints as advertised.
