| I had been reading reviews here of this DVD complaining about the poor picture and sound quality, and thought, "it can't be that bad". Well, yes, it IS THAT BAD. My God. It's like a poor VHS Dub. Poor stereo sound that sounds like it could be mono. Another problem: The music that plays under the introduction to China segment and under Tom Brokaw's documentary about China and the torch relay is not the same as it was when it was rebroadcast. | Well, being from Chicago naturally I am a Bears fan; however, I am a football fan first and I must say that I loved the "History of the Washington Redskins". The 1st disc is very comprehensive, detailing the history of the Redskins and atmosphere of the Washington, DC area in the 50's and 60's and some good insight on the racism of the times, (the owner refused to have Black men on his team, in fact, the Redskins were the last team to have Black men on their roster). | It is odd to be asked to review something which is sold because it is a legitimate classic. These people were stars then because of obvious talent and skill, and the years haven't changed that. I got these for my spouse because she like to show them to her 90 year old mother, but they rather obviously both enjoyed them as did I. Actors in that period didn't have technology to back them up and had to do it all themselves, and it shows. |

| Well as a former US Army Tanker, I am writing this from that view. I had the privilege of serving with good soldiers, who on one occassion watched this movie together, as a company. The critisicm never ended.
I do like the actors in this movie, but the background, tactics and overall unit organizations shown in this picture, were pitiful. | I bought this video after reading all of the great reviews. Maybe I wasn't used to this style of yoga, I just couldn't get into this DVD. If this video is your initial introduction to yoga and you don't enjoy it don't give up on yoga. |

| Overall this is a fine, challenging yoga DVD for those with some yoga experience and a good fitness level. However the production is really distracting; all the participants are dressed in tight white underwear and the cameramen focus on their "bulges" and Bryan Kest provocatively grabbing them in intimate spots to guide their poses rather than showing us clearly how the poses should look. It seems like he is going for a "avant garde, sexy" ambiance but it gets really annoying if you are just focusing on getting a good yoga workout. |

| This video is not worth $1. I'm extremely surprised that it received so many positive amazon reviews. The production is low-budge, the voice over is annoying and it's not a challenging workout. After 5 minutes of stretching, the workout begins with astep-aerobics a portion. Like most people I konw, I have not done step aerobics since the 90's and don't care to start up with it again. | The CD was very faulty, with jumps & starts & stops. The subtitles were several minutes behind the audio. We have finally given up watching it, & since I have waited too long to return it, we will just throw it away. |

| I bought another DVD from this teacher, which I loved and gave to everyone last year as a gift. I checked out this stress relief DVD (and who doesn't need this now??) and love it - I will be getting this one for a lot of people this year. It is a great DVD with tons of great routines on it. |
