| The potential of this beautifully filmed show is seriously tarnished by the preachy 'humans suck' message. I get enough of this in my daily life. I'd rather not have it fed to me in every single movie, TV show, etc... that I watch. I watch these things to get away from reality for a few minutes...

| This movie was incredible and is a must see for anyone who cares about nature at all.
The lengths that the filmakers went through to capture this footage is astounding and paid off well. It is relatively low-key and the narration adds to this sense. Nothing outrageous or over the top like you sometimes hear on various nature shows. Freeman just relays the story perfectly an the visuals of the movie carry so much. | Yoga For Beginners I Have two disk lower back that are bad. I have been three DR's no help and then went to a rheumatism and she send me to a real Back Dr and he stated if I do the surgery there is a 40% you will be worst. But, this DVD has helped my core back to be not in pain. I'm 5'7" and 135# and 53 years or age. If I can not have a surgery I'm better off. | I was not that thrilled to buy yet another Thomas movie, but we are Pierce Brosnan fans and my three year old loves Thomas so I wanted to give it a try and I was not disappointed.
That said, I do think the beginning of the movie is a bit off. Mr. Brosnan sounds a bit monotone, but he seems to pick up the pace and after a while you get caught up in the story about the great discovery (finding the town of Waterton). | Love that video! It's got great custimization on it. I'm still on the level one, but boy it's a workout. It's nice to see some old faces and the different levels that each of them are at and be able to not feel pathetically out of shape. You know how most workout videos have these perfect background people that do everything perfectly? Well not this dvd. They struggle right alone with you, it's wonderful! And the trainers rock! |

| I popped it in the DVD and my 26 month old son watched it a few times, he danced to the songs and just loved the DVD. The next thing I know, he is in the bathroom wanting to sit on the toilet and flush, flush, flush. Now he can't keep his clothes on and it's his newest obsession to go to the bathroom. I have switched from diapers to pull ups and have not had a wet pullup yet in a week. WAY TO GO ELMO!!!!!

| I love at home work out DVDs. I'm not one for gyms as I like to be able to work out whenever I have the time to squeeze it in - whether it be while something is cooking in the oven, late at night, whatever. I thought I'd give this one a try since I saw that it was highly reccommended (and the Madonna/Gwyneth Paltrow endorsement didn't hurt either).

| I love Fat Free Yoga! Its helped me get my last few extra pounds off while actually enjoying the process. I'm totally addicted to it and I do it everyday. I used to be gym obsessed, but now all I do is one or more of the four 19 minute sets and I feel better than I've ever felt before.
