| This DVD is extensive in the amount of material that it presents - it guides you thourgh porper demonstration/form, more detialed instruction and the workouts, which range in length of time.
The is alot of valuable information on this video and it is well worth the effort to try to watch it all - great care for the subject matter is obvious throughout the DVD. This is a great addition to my exercises. |

| This DVD is quite enjoyable...it is a great way for the belly dancer to refine his/her techniques and get a full dance workout. The content of the video seems to have more of an artistic approach, as opposed to just doing one drill after another. (Don't get me wrong, drills are great, but sometimes I get bored with them and I just want to dance!) The combos flow nicely together and the choice of music fits well in each section. | My daughter was bored by this one. It just didn't seem to flow like some of the other Baby Einstein videos. Also, the music didn't seems especially Christmas-y or festive. I would not recommend this one. Buy Baby Mozart, the First Moves or First Signs videos instead. |

| I bought this dvd since I am new to pilates, but have been doing Bikram yoga for nearly 2 years. I wanted a different workout. All I can say is this video is boring. I went thru it once, and put it away. I did not feel like I had "worked out" at all. It's probably better for someone who's just starting a work out routine. If you've done any yoga at all, this video is not for you. |

| This movie was made in the days before film-makers realized that people were sophisticated enough to recognize corn when they saw it. Horz Bucholz's impetuous kid act was just total corn. Talk about bad acting. Robert Vaughn deliberately affects some kind of bizarre weakling voice quality.
