| My 22 month old granddaughter love this video. She loves to it's jazzy music and even sings with Elmo, etc. She know the number 5 now and no doubt the rest of the numbers in no time. She gets a lot of repetition from us, too. |

| At the suggestion of another mom, I purchased Baby Signing Time, Vol. I. It's great! My 18 months twins girls love it. My girls were 26.1 week preemies and although they are exceeding in every other developmental area, they are a little behind on their verbal skills. We are hopeful the video will encourage their verbal skills.
They have quickly picked up on a number of signs. Sometimes it doesn't seem they are actually getting them, but then they will use them unexpectedly hours later! ... Read More: |

| I normally use Leslie Sanson's "Walk Away the Pounds" for about 30 minutes of light-moderate exercise. When I got pregnant, I thought it might be a good idea to switch to a workout specifically geared towards pregnancy. While it's certainly worth assessing your current workout to make sure it is safe, this one wasn't worth the money. I went back to "Walk Away the Pounds" after one workout with this video! | I like yoga DVDs that are focused on specific things. I have lots of them. This one is specifically for AM and PM yoga. The morning sessions are not more then 35 minutes long and a nice way to start the day. They get your energy flowing and your body moving. The evening sessions are a little longer and are nice for relaxing, getting rid of some tension and just unwinding.
