| A few years back when I first got this set, I remember revelling once again in what network television had taken away from me. I was thrilled to own some of my favorite Looney Tunes cartoons.
I did notice, however, the disproportionate number of Chuck Jones cartoons, with just a few Friz Freleng, Bob Clampett, and Bob McKimson shorts in the mix. | I picked up this film primarily because of the fact that one of my favorite actors (Jack Nicholson - Frank Costello) has a starring role in it. For his acting the the movie, I surely was not disappointed. The Departed is a film with Mind-blowing plot variations and shocking revelations which culminates in a violent and stunning end.
Leonardo DiCaprio (Billy Costigan) and Matt Damon (Colin Sullivan) are both in very interesting roles, seemingly polar opposites, who actually have more in common than they would ... Read More: |

| The positive reviews' already written says it all. The scene where Denzel's Lucas burns the $50,000 Chinchilla coat said it all for me. See what happen's when you show off? You draw unwanted attention to yourself! Lucas was on top of the world and still ended up in jail, his family in ruins. Great film (and object lesson) for the interested.

| a relative recommended this show to me, and I'm glad she did (because since I don't subscribe to Showtime)...I wasn't aware that this series existed, until recently. Thankfully, Netflix took care of that little problem for me.
Dexter plays a vigilante of sorts, a hero with a very dark side...he gives justice to those that the criminal justice system can't find or put behind bars. | I remember seeing some previews for this film, and thinking that it looked interesting. I'm a big Clive Owen fan, and aside from what I saw in the trailer, I didn't really know much about it. Had never read the book, hadn't seen any promo for it aside from the aforementioned trailer.
