| "Person" by Demetri Martin is a brilliant, intelligent, and very low-key stand up routine captured in a cable special, and now available on DVD. The DVD is short (around 40 minutes), but filled with gems. My only serious complaint about the DVD is that there are several previews at the beginning of the disc that you can't skip. Since I paid for the DVD, I resent having to watch ads for stuff I would never in a million years be interested in buying. Once the show starts, though, all is well.

| When I first learned of Chayanne's Vivo release I was really excited because this man delivers a performance that is in a league of its own and I knew that the DVD would totally ROCK! I was right!! I didn't expect the DVD to be able to match the electric passion felt at a live concert but I was pleasantly surprised, and dare I say "electrified!" by the masterful way in which this show conveys all the magic of seeing Chayanne in person. | This was a great show and a great Blu-ray release. Its NOT 1080P, its in 720/1080I only. With saying that its still an awesome Blu-ray release.
As of the audio, it doesn't get any better than this. I don't think I ever heard a 5.1 surround mix so profound and clear at the same time, incredibly well balanced instrument-wise, a treat, simply.Extras are as wonderful as you'd expect it to be, a lot of lovely features, including bonus tracks from the Royal Albert Hall shows (which is from which the release takes its material). ... | So, I was trying to get my hands on this movie for a little while. I tried to download it, then it seemed to only be available from Europe, but, I finally got a hold of it from Amazon.
It's really a great documentary. It's well put-together and will give you a lot of good insight on the life and legacy of Joe Strummer: whether you know him from the 101ers, The Clash, The Mescaleros, etc. |

| This has been a favorite of both my children. My 7-year old loved this video as a toddler and now my youngest enjoys it even more. My 22-month old loves to count with the number train and name the objects as they appear on the screen. Love that they use the same objects to show 1 item, then two, etc. it helps with counting and object recognition. We slowly started counting up to five with the video several months ago and are now starting to pass 10. Love the colors and consistency of the video. My son gets excited everytime he sees the tiger come on. |
