| This will be a Christmas gift so I haven't actually watched it yet. However, I am pleased with the timeliness of the shipping. The dvd looks to be in great shape. The price was about what I expected. Overall, all has been great. I just couldn't give the 5 stars yet because I haven't actually watched it. |

| I think the film version of the Grinch is just as good as the cartoon and book. Jim Carrey did an awesome job! I love the Grinch's backstory about why he hated Christmas. When Cindy Lou Who invites him to be the "Holiday Cheermeister" of the one-thousandth Who-Bilation, the Grinch goes and starts to have a good time, but the mayor brings something up in the Grinch's childhood that pisses him off. | Although Frank Capra's It's a Wonderful Life deserves its place among the pantheon of Christmas movies, this comparative confection from 1954 still deserves special mention. Granted the plot, what there is of one, is rather thin, it is splashy good fun directed by the dependably versatile Michael Curtiz (Casablanca) with several Irving Berlin standards and four superb variety performers in their prime. | This Caillou movie is perfect for the holiday season. I can't believe it was so inexpensive. My 28 month old daughter loves it as she loves all of Caillou's shows. The best part is that there is NO annoying puppets...it is actually a full length movie that is easy for little ones to follow. And the voices do not seem as annoying as usual.
