| I am so glad I got this DVD. I have several other prenatal yoga DVDs (Shiva Rea) and Kristen Eykiel (Yoga for your pregnancy). While those videos are good for when you want a nice relaxed practice, if you are an experienced yogini they can be too easy. This DVD is great because you get a real workout, it's like a regular vinyasa class modified for pregnancy.
The instructor is great too. |

| I love love LOVE this DVD! It's a great work out, it's easy yet it burns tons of calories and makes me feel stronger. I'd give it 4.5 if I could give 1/2 Stars. The only thing I'd change with this is: In the 3 Mile options, the cool down should be included at the end of the work out. That's all. Otherwise, I absolutely recommend this :) |

| Great for the price. I like the choreo Blanca teaches in this dvd. One of the better dvd's put out by nyworlddance. |

| This video is one of the best I've tried. It seems easy at first but boy is it deceiving! It works you out very hard in just the 10 minutes plus you can go on if you want to and do more. I love it and would recommend it to anyone needing a workout with limited time! |

| Some of the moves are new and interesting, but overall the workout is too short, not enough reps on anything except lunges. I am returning and buying FitPrime and Tracie Long DVD's; in the meantime I'm pulling out old Firm videos from the attic. |

| I've never bothered to exercise at all but at about 5 months, when I started to develop back pains and calf cramps, I decided it was time to do something about my body. I love this routine as it's simple and well demonstrated. The partner work out is a fun idea too. |

| This dvd really surprised me! I am not used to the balance ball workouts, thinking they would not be that effective. Silly me! This is a great workout, challenging for me as a beginner. Easy to follow and it flowed smoothly. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because I did have an achy back after, but I have 2 herniated disks, and just need to keep doing it to build up my core (hence the reason for this particular workout!)I would recommend it to anyone though. |

| This video is VERY child friendly and parent fun. It is the best Video I have found that really is ALL about children and showing them how fun yoga is and it is all on their level. It is fun, playful, and imaginative without being complicated and flashy. The hands on approach to learning gives it a very Montessori feel. I highly recommend it to any parent. |
