| I like this DVD. It is a full hour and according to my heart rate monitor, I did burn over 500 calories, so it does live up to it's claim in my instance. We have to remember that the number of calories burned depends on a number of factors including your weight,resting heart rate, conditioning, etc. There are a lot of factors, so if your heart rate monitor does not max out at the 500, it may be because you are smaller, or more fit than the average exerciser.

| I have owned and used this DVD for three weeks and it is truly transforming my whole body even my squishy post-child bearing body and I have been out of the gym for five years. Is running after two children exercise? Well that has been the extent of it and this DVD is changing that. I can do the workouts in my pajamas and no shoes at anytime of day. | I enjoy the workouts in this program so much that I even take it with me when I travel. The beginner level is great for those new to working out or just new to Pilates to get familiar with the exercise. | i like that this dvd has 5 different 20 minute workouts. w/ a busy schedule i am struggling to have time to do yoga or any exercise. this dvd helps! plus my fiance loves it so it is a great thing we can do together. it's our first rodney yee dvd and he seems great. at the time i write this review we are buying another rodney yee dvd in hopes of it being as great. |

| This exercise video is nifty and fun. It took awhile to get the moves down, but it is exciting just picking which of the five different mixes you wish to choose for the time you have each day and of course by how you are feeling. The instructor is zippy and really gets you amped. The best to fit in for a short workout or put together for a longer one. |

| I have only completed 40 minutes of the video so far, but I had to stop to write and say that I am thrilled with Jenna's instruction! Within 15 seconds of her teaching, I could see that I was going to learn the absolute breakdown of all of the bellydancing moves I learned in the past. Not only is the mirror perfectly placed so that you can align yourself with her moves, but the closer frontal view gives you a different perspective as well.

| This is one of Denise's great DVD's. I have done other Pilates DVD's of hers, and this one is right up there. It is a bit advanced for me, which is great. I want to challenge my core. This is broken up into a few short workouts, and a bonus challenge; it can always be done in it's entirety. I have days when I want to use the whole DVD for my day's workout; there are days, however, when I want to use one segment for part of my day's workout.
