| I bought this video after reading all of the great reviews. Maybe I wasn't used to this style of yoga, I just couldn't get into this DVD. If this video is your initial introduction to yoga and you don't enjoy it don't give up on yoga. |

| Overall this is a fine, challenging yoga DVD for those with some yoga experience and a good fitness level. However the production is really distracting; all the participants are dressed in tight white underwear and the cameramen focus on their "bulges" and Bryan Kest provocatively grabbing them in intimate spots to guide their poses rather than showing us clearly how the poses should look. | This video is not worth $1. I'm extremely surprised that it received so many positive amazon reviews. The production is low-budge, the voice over is annoying and it's not a challenging workout. After 5 minutes of stretching, the workout begins with astep-aerobics a portion. Like most people I konw, I have not done step aerobics since the 90's and don't care to start up with it again. | I bought another DVD from this teacher, which I loved and gave to everyone last year as a gift. I checked out this stress relief DVD (and who doesn't need this now??) and love it - I will be getting this one for a lot of people this year. It is a great DVD with tons of great routines on it. |

| This dvd makes you walk steadier and faster than walking an ordinary circuit path. The belt can be a bit annoying and needs adjusting. This is the reason for the four stars, otherwise it's a fine indoor walking dvd. |

| I love kundalini yoga because it isnt so hard to be mindful. But at the same time my body truly craves the tradtional stretching of yoga. This a great combination at both, the mediditation at the end always makes me cry, which can be a little confusing, even so I always look forward to doing it. |

| I have three of Leslie's videos now and this one is by far my favorite! She keeps the pace moving really fast, but not too fast. After a few times of listening & watching the video I now play the DVD on my portable player and watch TV while I work out. It is very easy to keep up because Leslie prompts with hand movements for the next step. She also has Boost Walking which is like a light jogging which really steps up my workout. I would recommend this to anyone |

| I normally use Leslie Sanson's "Walk Away the Pounds" for about 30 minutes of light-moderate exercise. When I got pregnant, I thought it might be a good idea to switch to a workout specifically geared towards pregnancy. While it's certainly worth assessing your current workout to make sure it is safe, this one wasn't worth the money. I went back to "Walk Away the Pounds" after one workout with this video! They are very similar workouts in terms of length and muscle groups, but I find that Austin doesn't give very good ... Read More: |

| I like yoga DVDs that are focused on specific things. I have lots of them. This one is specifically for AM and PM yoga. The morning sessions are not more then 35 minutes long and a nice way to start the day. They get your energy flowing and your body moving. The evening sessions are a little longer and are nice for relaxing, getting rid of some tension and just unwinding.
