| I first borrowed this DVD from my local library and I had to wait b/c it was on hold. The fact that I waited as long as I did to try this out was proof that it was popular and guess why, IT WORKS! I bought the DVD b/c I didn't want to have to wait for it to become available again at the library. | I bought this because I have turbo jam which I love. I thought this would be good too because it's by beach body. I was wrong - I didn't like this one at all. I thought the instructors were as cheesy as the title, the moves were weird and not easy to follow. I've taken many different yoga classes and this seemed like they made up they're own version. Would NOT recommend. |

| If you are middle to advanced bellydancer, you can, and should have this DVD. It has step by step instructions on turns and transitions, and includes two complete choreography. Excellent DVD, and Jenna is an amazing, beautiful dancer. Congratulations. |

| My 5 year old son loves this dvd. He will take it out on his own when he thinks he needs to calm down(he usually does). He is very active and I purchased it hoping it would help him learn how to relax. I wish I could say I use it more with him, but he usually pulls it out himslef and watches it and does the poses. Of course he likes the silly ones better. All in all a great dvd. |

| Seems like it would be easy but this workout really makes you use muscles in a different way. I have lots of workout DVDs for variety and I'm in pretty good shape yet this workout consistently makes me sore and sweaty, both good things when you are wanting to burn calories and tone muscles. |

| First off, I must say Commander Tom is great. He's very encouraging- nicer than Jillian Michaels. i agree about the background girls- they look like fitness models more than SWAT people. But i still enjoy the workout. I like it a lot because Commander Tom does a lot of drill type moves that are very effective. I think this is considered circuit training. It gets my heart rate up and some of the moves are cardio, but others you use weights. The SWAT pushup is killer but in a good way. I think this video will get you in great ... Read More: |

| We've had these dvds for 3 yrs. This one has recently been my daughter's favorite. She's 5 now and appreciates that the poses are ABC related and in order. She likes making the animal moves and it just adds to the other 2 in the series. Great for kids...keeps them active and engaged. |
