| I found these 10 min. exercises to be a little tough - but that's good. Maybe it's just me. But everytime I use this DVD it gets a little less difficult. The stretches are very good & most of the spots are a little different than usual. That's good also, because it could get repetitous at times. All in all this is a good dvd. I use it often. |

| Hemalayaa and Bollywood is a new concept for me. I recently purchased "Beautiful Belly" with Hemalayaa and will never use another work out video instructor. She is fun with a great attitude. The video has three different 12 minute workouts and a five minute warm up to keep boredom at bay. I started out doing the warm up, plus one of the three circuits. I am now able to do the full workout and my abs have never felt stronger!

| I had tried taking a class for Pilates but could not do what was going on, I am not very flexible and was a bit out of shape. Since I was still interested in trying I picked up this DVD after a friend mentioned it, and it was a good choice for me.
Maggie does a very good job of making Pilates accessible for someone like me and the Basics level really helped me get started in learning the moves - modified and paced for those who need extra help. Then the next section helped me improve more. ... Read More: |

| This dvd was a great second step from Kelley Peters. So obviously I am new to hip hop. It helped me get the rythym and cadence. Some slo-mo would have helped me with the steps, but I'm getting it anyhow. The dancers were a great bunch. |

| Great pregnancy workout for all fitness levels and stages of pregnancy! This is my favorite pregnancy workout DVD because it's challenging yet relaxing. I have enjoyed doing pilates (classes and DVD workouts) for a few years now, and I like how Tracey Mallett incorporates pilates, yoga, and light weight training for a well-rounded workout. I also like how the DVD is broken up into different segments, so I can do the whole thing if I have the time, or just 1-2 segments. I highly recommend this one!! |
