| I found this ab workout TOUGH. I consider myself to be an intermediate to advanced exerciser. I have plenty of tough ab workouts that I feel when I do them but never the next day. And by no means do I have great abs. That's my weakest place in my body and it's the first place I gain weight. (Maybe when I get pregnant that's where all my weight will go). | It's amazing how powerful these few exercises are. Modifications are given for the challenging ones, so anyone can do this. Ravi and Ana make a point of identifying beauty on all levels. The energy that flows through you after doing this workout will make you feel beautiful. The production and music are really enjoyable, too. |

| I bought this in VHS format back in early 90's. I worked out using this video for 2 yrs 5 x's per week, I just loved it. I looked so great, not an ounce of fat on my body and I developed great stamina. I did, however, do what Kathy recommended against. I did add little hand held

| this is a great ab workout...I use it in a confined space. A different workout that I would normally do...and I can feel the burn. |

| I agree with many things that have been written. Disc #2 is my FAVORITE work out. Michael Carson does a great job of putting together a real workout that you will feel the next day if you took any time off!!
The other discs are cute routines, but not great workouts, but make a good add-on to the work out here! |

| I agree with previous reviewers that it was on the boring side (not at all what I expected from Jillian!). The workout can be as tough as you make it but it's hard to stay energetic with such a boring video.... |

| I was already 5 months pregnant when I bought this video and it sat on my desk for another month before I actually used it, so I thought that I may be too out of shape to jump into it. However, it was a pleasant surprise to find that I was able to get through both exercise sections. The DVD is split into two sections, so if you're a beginner you can just start with the first part and then gradually work in the second one. | This really looked good and fairly simple on all the infomercials, but if you live in a small space, without hard floors, it's very difficult. Trying to do the slides, small hops, etc. on carpet wasn't easy. And if you have any kind of back problems, then forget it! A lot of sit-ups, push-ups, lunges, etc. needed. Although I think this would be very effective, I'm unable to do it. I was very disappointed. |

| This DVD is visually very pleasing and the presenter's voice is very pleasant. I've taken yoga classes from a plus-size teacher who was very good at showing the class how to modify poses for a larger body, and I was disappointed that this DVD contained absolutely none of that content. If I were a beginner, I would have found the unhurried pace reassuring, but Megan Garcia doesn't explain any of the movements at all so beginners I'm sure would be lost.
