| The product was ok. However, I had a HUGE problem with Amazon. First, your website does not give a confirmation page to proof before you submit your order. When I got the email confirmation a few minutes later, it showed I ordered 2 DVD's instead of 1! I immediately phoned a representative at Amazon because the website would not let me make a change to my order because the website said it was already "processing". | This is exactly what I was looking for when I shopped for a yoga workout. I needed a workout that focused more on flexibility and the steps to getting in and out of a pose. This one has worked really well for me. And despite it feeling fairly easy while doing it, I am definitely sore afterwards, especially in my legs. |

The background and scenery are uninteresting and uninspiring and the models performing the exercises are certainly quite fit but in no way friendly or encouraging. this is a great overall workout. The kettlebell adds another dimension. It's compact which makes it different than just a dumb bell hand weight. |

| There's no fluff here, just back to basics ab work. Every kind of crunch you can imagine to target every part of your abs. If you want a real belly buster this is the DVD you're looking for. | I bought this after trying one of the sweatin to the oldies videos. I love this. Gets your heart rate up and moving and the intensity is set by how much you wanna move. Only takes a couple of viewings to remember MOST of the moves. The crunch song is AWSOME! I don't think I could do another one by the end of it. Very good buy. |

| I really do not understand everything that is written on this site about this DVD. I kept reading how intense this workout is and I must disagree strongly. I have been using the TaeBo II Get Ripped DVD for almost 2 years now and I have grown tired of it. So I went looking for something new from the Billy Blanks series. I wanted to be sure it was going to be a nonstop intense workout, which is what the Get Ripped workout is. NO GO! This Ultimate DVD does not live up to its name.
