| Knowing the information in this DVD and the book of the same title is like cheating at being a new parent. We were able to comfort our newborn in the hospital better than the experienced nurses . . . and we had NO prior experience with babies. Definitely a "must watch" for new and experienced parents alike! You'll be glad you did. It's now my go-to gift for baby showers and new parents. |

| The workout is definitely tough. It takes time to learn choreography. I got my DVD yesterday and so far I've learned the first combination (took me about an hour to be comfortable with it and do it up to speed with Tracy, and I do not have any dance background). I did notice that the arm movements in actual performance of the combination in the first combo are different from the moves Tracy teaches, but once you are familiar with the rest of the combo you'll not find it difficult to learn the proper arm ... | I don't have much to say, that hasn't already been said in previous reviews. I first saw this program on public television and it left me feeling very moved and inspired. I wanted to see it again and share it with all my friends!!! I was absolutely repulsed by the greed of the Nazi party. I guess I never realized the extent of the pillaging! It only made me hate them more and hope that the historical places on this earth never have to suffer war again! |

| I do not think this video should be considered exercise. Of course, if you have never exercised, it is a good place to start. I did not even break a sweat with this video and it did not work my core. It did work my thighs, though. This is for beginners, intermediate or advanced would not get any benefits from this except to learn a few dance steps. I do, however, Like the instructors very much. | I love Zumba but I am not up on the latest hip-hop moves. I bought this video to learn the moves better for my Z class. The instructor is great in breaking the moves down. She repeats the move so you can get it without having to rewind. |

| There is essentially no instruction in the dance steps - just expected to do it. Too fast-paced for anyone to catch on by watching unless they maybe watch it a few dozen times in slow motion. I will never do it again. There are much much better work-out DVD's available. |

| I am a dancer and ballet is my favorite type of dance. I have seen dozens of different Nutcrackers over the years, from the traditional to the avand garde. Nothing can compare with this version. Baryshnikov shines. And Kirkland is a most sensuous Clara/Marie. Their duet at the end replaced the traditional "sugarplum fairy" dance. But, what a duet! I never get tired of watching it. A true Christmas treasure. |
