| This workout is not for the faint of heart. It's for the workout enthusiast who is ready to take their workout to another level. Jillian is powerful and I love this workout. I had this workout for a few months, but was afraid to do this workout, because I knew it was going to be challenging. | I rotate among several beginning yoga classes and several DVDs/tapes, and I like Benagh's Yoga for Beginners best. I especially recommend this DVD if you intend to exercise before work. She has a soothing voice, the ocean views are lovely, and the degree of difficulty is appropriate. She also is the most articulate of the instructors I've experienced--she explains details of body position that others overlook, yet she seems to speak relatively little -- you really can get absorbed in the practice. |

| This is a great workout!! It is divided into three segments so that you can choose either upper body, lower body, or core...or all three. Each segment is about 20 minutes. I have ordered several workout DVD's lately and this is definitely one of my favorites. |

| I have been using this video since the beginning of my pregnancy and I am now almost 6 months along. I find that I appreciate it more as time goes on, because many of the poses help alleviate lower back pain I have from the changes in my body, and I can tell I feel stronger as my body keeps getting bigger. The background music is nice, the instructor's tone is pleasant, and the routine as a whole has a nice flow to it. |

| How to say, very boring. Not sure if it even deserves at star. There seemed only a few work-outs on the DVD and it consisted mainly of repeating them ad nauseam. Perhaps being a college athlete this is not for me? When I found this DVD I was excited thinking it was a yoga work-out, instead I wouldn't even use it to warm-up. Seriously, I didn't even break a sweat. All-in-all, I would recommend this to the elderly and go back to my Pilates for Indie Rockers. A work-out that makes the sweat rain. |

| I love this workout with the Power sculpt DVD. I've been working out regularly for about six months since my baby was born and I do this workout at least one a week. Some people don't like that the people aren't in sync or that there is kind of a lack musical beat, but I love that fact because you can slow down and speed up to meet your bodies needs. | I've added this to my rotation as a great workout even after 6 months of regular excercise after my baby was born. There isn't really a beat to workout to which is something I've read some people complaining about, but it makes it easy for you to speed up or slow down to your needs. You're your own resistance that way. I really like the interactions and the little words of encouragement and teasing they do to, but that could just be me.
