As an adult I love this flick. I purchased it for my 8 year old son so we could watch it during the Halloween Holiday. He did not watch it but I think that it would have been ok for him. I know that the movie is rated "R", but I think today it would have been PG-13. There is not sexual imagery, just a little kissing, or vulgarity. There is a little blood and gore but it is very cheesy and the Frog brothers keep the mood light with funny comments.

I watched the movie, then read the book, then watched the movie again. There is so little in common between the book (excellent) and the movie (poor) that I will put that movie on the back shelf. The movie was good for what they did, but it was an injustice to call it Blood and Chocolate. If you have not read the book, then the movie is easier to watch and enjoy. The book was awesome, in the book, Gabriel is wanting a mate-Vivian, he does not seem to be replacing an existing one. Astrid is not at ... Read More:

When I think of a really good sequel to a horror film these days, I automatically think of James Cameron's brilliant "Aliens." Or even "Jeepers Creepers II." There've even been some outstanding horror remakes like John Carpenter's "The thing" and also "Invasion of the Body Snatchers." But that's it. These days, when you watch a sequel or a remake of some grand old classic, you get junk. This is a prime example. The movie is so low-budgeted, it would barely make a showing on the Sci-Fi Channel, notorious for ... Read More:

My thoughts on this release are pretty much the same as the so-called deluxe edition of Friday Part 2. This is another worthless re-issue of the censored R rated version of the movie which we've all seen a hundred times. Okay, I'm willing to forgive a little for the fact we'll be given a 3-d version with glasses, but come one Paramount - what's the big deal. Friday fans want the UNCUT version - just give it to em and they'll pay for it! Stop ripping off the fans every chance you get.
Another waste of fans time ... Read More:

I recently bought the Scream boxset for a very good price. I watched the first one and I was highly disappointed. The references to other movies got annoying and I hated the cast. I prefer 70's and 80's horror to most of the junk in horror today. It had a few good scenes but wasnt too impressed.

I think Wes Craven is overrated. Ive stated this on anther one of his movies, i've even checked out the Interet movie database to see what he has done. Nightmare on Elm Street is a classic and probably his best ... Read More:

My daughter was disapointed after an in-store purchase. She was left hanging after paying a big price for a Halloween special trilogy that didn't contain the original movie with Jamie Lee Curtis.

No should start some thing that he/ she cant finish. Things might get out of control. The world of Magic is real and very powerful. This movie depicts that at time innocent magiccan also back fire. Real Magic is for the strong and the integrated.
A movie worth watching!

Halloween H20 is the worst horror flick ever! I can't believe Jamie Lee Curtis reprised her iconic role as Laurie Strode. Halloween is such a classic film, all the sequels are stupid and not even scary. Josh Hartnett and Michelle Williams over do it here, the whole Laurie and Michael Myers are brother and sister is so calculated, I didn't like Halloween 2 and I don't like this one either.
