| Yoga For Beginners I Have two disk lower back that are bad. I have been three DR's no help and then went to a rheumatism and she send me to a real Back Dr and he stated if I do the surgery there is a 40% you will be worst. But, this DVD has helped my core back to be not in pain. I'm 5'7" and 135# and 53 years or age. If I can not have a surgery I'm better off. | I tried a Denise Austin yoga video a few years back and loathed it. I had no intention of trying yoga again until ankle pain forced me to try some type of non-weigh-bearing exercise. Despite my hesitancy, the wonderful reviews for Fat Free Yoga encouraged me to try the DVD.

| Great yoga workout. A good amount of time spent in downward dog pose so if you don't like blood rushing to your head, don't get it. Otherwise, great workout. |

| I bought another DVD from this teacher, which I loved and gave to everyone last year as a gift. I checked out this stress relief DVD (and who doesn't need this now??) and love it - I will be getting this one for a lot of people this year. It is a great DVD with tons of great routines on it. |

| Overall this is a fine, challenging yoga DVD for those with some yoga experience and a good fitness level. However the production is really distracting; all the participants are dressed in tight white underwear and the cameramen focus on their "bulges" and Bryan Kest provocatively grabbing them in intimate spots to guide their poses rather than showing us clearly how the poses should look. | This DVD was what I needed to learn yoga. I am not what could be called limber by any stretch of the imagination and yoga always seemed intimidating.
Judi was able to get me past that with her good instruction and gentlew voice. She explains the poses in detail at a pace that I was able to follow and the DVD seemed designed for me in how she made each pose accessible with many recommendations and suggestions throughout. | I love kundalini yoga because it isnt so hard to be mindful. But at the same time my body truly craves the tradtional stretching of yoga. This a great combination at both, the mediditation at the end always makes me cry, which can be a little confusing, even so I always look forward to doing it. |
