| I have been doing this video daily for the past 5 days. I am relatively new to exercise (at least in the past couple of years), and while I am overweight, I am not obese. They call it "The Secret".. and even though we all know these things (instinct, intuition, the bible, physics, etc), its difficult for anyone to assemble them in a pretty little package and use them in every day life. | I got this DVD series as a gift for my boyfriend. I have never been big on other outdoor type shows before and didn't really know much about Planet Earth besides that my boyfriend wanted it. After receiving it, we watched several parts of the series together. I was hooked! The time lapsing is amazing! You really get a sense that you are seeing something so rare, something special. | As a first time mom I tried to read everything I could about newborns. This book was given to me as a gift, and it could possibly be the best gift I received. My baby was not colicky but did have trouble sleeping through the night and calming down from crying fits. The 5 S solutions were invaluable. He loves to be swaddled, but at 4 1/2 months and 17 lbs he has become to large to even fit in the "swaddle me" wraps. | I will send this movie to family and friends. It definitely made me think. We can all use some positive energy in our lives. I haven't watched all of the special features. I did like the positive affirmations.

| I've used this dvd twice, and I quite like it. Although its not an high impact workout I still find some of the poses quite challenging. The breath of fire can be quite difficult for someone new to Kundalini yoga, but it works. After the workout I feel very calm and full of energy at the same time. As for the fat burning part- I think thats working too but at a slower pace. For a complete mind and body workout, this dvd deserves 5 stars. |

| Since having my second child I have tried many different workout tapes. All of them had their good points but after a while they tended to get boring or I didn't really notice any difference in my body and weight. What truely made a difference was just getting outside and walking everyday. Now that I have three kids, I find it harder to get out to walk everyday. | The vast majority of the content on this disc won't help you adjust your televisions picture. There is WAY WAY too much irrelevent technical talk that misdirects from the info that actually is important. The rambling filler on this disc really tests your patience. You have to replay key parts repeatedly to remember what you're really supposed to do with a test signal.
