| I chose this dvd for its reputation of delivering a dancer's physique.
Tracy's method reminds me of callanetics, except that its choreographed to good music, and it has an excellent arm workout. Even with the newer callanetics, I felt I still needed more armwork. Tracy has arms to die for. While you are following along, its hard to not notice what gorgeous arms she has. People have noted that she doesn't say much, which I personally am grateful for. | Yoga For Beginners I Have two disk lower back that are bad. I have been three DR's no help and then went to a rheumatism and she send me to a real Back Dr and he stated if I do the surgery there is a 40% you will be worst. But, this DVD has helped my core back to be not in pain. I'm 5'7" and 135# and 53 years or age. If I can not have a surgery I'm better off. | I tried a Denise Austin yoga video a few years back and loathed it. I had no intention of trying yoga again until ankle pain forced me to try some type of non-weigh-bearing exercise. Despite my hesitancy, the wonderful reviews for Fat Free Yoga encouraged me to try the DVD.

| Love that video! It's got great custimization on it. I'm still on the level one, but boy it's a workout. It's nice to see some old faces and the different levels that each of them are at and be able to not feel pathetically out of shape. You know how most workout videos have these perfect background people that do everything perfectly? Well not this dvd. They struggle right alone with you, it's wonderful! And the trainers rock! |

| Like the other reviewers have already stated, the test pattern for contrast doesn't seem to work. I can see all the steps from black to white no matter where I set the contrast. Also the color decoder doesn't seem to be correct. The instruction say to start by setting blue levels, and then the red and green should be correct. This was not the case. Not only did my picture look better at the factory setting, but the red and green still did not match. I tried to correct this by adjusting the tint, but I was on my own since there is ... | I love this workout! The first time I tried this video I wasn't expecting to make it too far before having to quit. But to my surprise, I finished all 3 segments. This is one of my favorites so far because it doesn't seem like an hour of exercise (at least not until the next day!). I like the fact that she spends a full minute on each exercise instead of just 10-12 reps. You have time to work on form and really get it right. Plus there's enough time between trainer changes to grap a drink of water throughout the workout. |

| This video is hard. It is one you cannot pick up in one session and "get it." You would need to practice a lot to learn all the moves. I've taken step aerobis for over 25 years so I didn't think I would have a problem following it...wrong! I think if she faced away from the camera, you could follow easier....that way you could watch and follow her foot movements. Don't get unless you have a lot of patience and time to learn. |
