| I don't have much to say, that hasn't already been said in previous reviews. I first saw this program on public television and it left me feeling very moved and inspired. I wanted to see it again and share it with all my friends!!! I was absolutely repulsed by the greed of the Nazi party. I guess I never realized the extent of the pillaging! It only made me hate them more and hope that the historical places on this earth never have to suffer war again! |

I have a clear and vivid memory of Neil Armstrong's first step on the moon because my brother made sure I would. I was seven years old at the time. | I can't imagine buying this lightweight biography of Barack Obama. I was interested to learn about the man's childhood and his rise to power, but found myself wanting a good deal more. For one thing, there's little critique at all. I'm an ardent Obama supporter, but I would have appreciated a more well-rounded discussion. Furthermore, the producers might have bothered to discuss his legislation, his political philosophy, and his place with regard to the major issues of the day. | This is very well put together. If you don't respect Obama before you see this, you will after you watch it. It let me know that he can relate to middle-class & lower class people. | I initially rented this series from NetFlix, and enjoyed it so much, that I decided this would be a great addition to my Library.
As a former British Subject, and a history buff, this package, had everything I wanted and more. It was very well produced and had lots of little items, that I hadn't been aware off. | This film gave me the insight of how Hitler and the Nazis, systematically moved throughout Europe, destroying people, culture and civilization, as a means to revenge his failure of getting into a prestigious Austrian art school. Hitler was a mediocre art student... not worthy of a position there.
