| My review is on the movie itself, rather than the DVD itself. I borrowed from a friend to watch it, and I was NOT disappointed. While I don't collect Iron Man comic books, I do know of the story. While parts had to be changed for the movie, it was not at all disappointing.
I enjoyed the movie greatly and its characters and story development (and the acting by Robert Downey Jr. was awesome!). Even a die-hard Iron Man fan should not be disappointed in this movie. My favorite ... Read More: |

| After the kids loosing most of the Star Wars movies on an airplane, this proved to be a good way of replacing them. This seller sent exactly what he promised and it is every bit the same quality of what I lost. Glad to have my movie back without purchasing it at full price. |

| While it's amusing enough, and the effects are impeccable, there's little doubt about the age of the intended audience. Every adult in the film is a clueless buffoon or an officious wacko.
Whether apparently flirty bimbos or bookish babes, the girls are the intelligent ones while the "guys" are walking blobs of hormones and machismo. It's a nice bit of overblown fun even if it can't decide whether to be a serious thriller or a comedic adventure. |

- 1st battle droid (during a heavy skirmish): "Concentrate fire on sector 11374265!" - 2nd battle droid: "One, one, three... seven... What was that again?" | First off, any one who read FF#48-50 where the Silver Surfer and Galactus first appeared will hate this. I realize as movie makers they can't do the comic adaption word for word but if anything was ever begging to go directly from comics to movies it was those three classic issues.

| As a huge fan of the X-Files and as someone who was disappointed by the 2nd movie, I was looking forward to watching the "extended cut" of the movie offered in this special edition set. In articles about the movie's production, Chris Carter moaned about Fox saying the movie couldn't run longer than an hour and a half and talked about having to cut the movie down quite quickly. I had hoped that the "extended cut" would fill in some of the holes I saw in the movie and would reflect Carter's original vision.
