| Kilburn is a good show. But as previously noted it is a little sloppy, and Pete needs to be much further up in the mix. I don't mind sloppy, hey it's rock and roll. But the boys sound a little lethargic. (Especially when compared to the 69 show.) Pete is jumping around and dancing and windmilling like a madman, but the musical energy to back up the antics is just not there for good portions of the show. | The audio and video for this production are absolutely stunning. It is simply the best concert footage I have personally seen put in disc format from any artist. I was lucky enough to see this tour both times it came through Dallas. Watching this makes me feel like I am right back at the show. Be sure to watch the Atlanta songs in the extras menu which were the only set changes made from the first tour. These guys are a class act! |

| This film is a brilliant documentary/concert depicting the Rolling Stones as still one of the most enduring popular music acts. The great thing about this film, besides being another fantastic effort from Martin Scorsese, probably the best music-documentary filmmaker of all time (he should have done the Chuck Berry 60th birthday gig)is that the viewer feels that they are part of the film and on stage with the Stones! | I am at work and wish I could get into great detail about every reason I love this dvd, but I do not have hours to dedicate to that :)
I owned this before it came out in Blu-ray and watched it often, however, it is like watching it from a totally different light. My absolute favorite song performed is Go.Go.Go. from Down the Line. Roy Orbison is such a musical hero and the crew he performs with is untouchable! The blu-ray is the way to go, for sure. |

| This was my first exposure to these ladies - I was totally blown away by their clarity. I can't fault any of them at all. Mairead, the fiddler, has such a distinctive and beautiful style of playing I find myself (not literally) throwing rocks at other fiddlers. I don't believe she ever hits a bad note. The orchestra is also first-rate.

| A great set, the documentary alone would be worth buying, throw in a rarities heavy live dvd(amazingly good audio mix btw.) and a 5 song stripped down acoustic set of brand new songs and purchasing this should be a no brainer. Fans from back in the day, who haven't kept up with recent tunes, shouldn't be scared off by the absense of familiar hit singles, since this release serves as a perfect introduction to who and what the band is now. |
