| I've been doing the firm dangerous curves ahead for a while.. its an hour long.. but i do love it.. easy moves.. easy to learn..and i sweat.. which i want.. i want to tone up (not overweight) BUT I want to tone up.. | Yoga For Beginners I Have two disk lower back that are bad. I have been three DR's no help and then went to a rheumatism and she send me to a real Back Dr and he stated if I do the surgery there is a 40% you will be worst. But, this DVD has helped my core back to be not in pain. I'm 5'7" and 135# and 53 years or age. If I can not have a surgery I'm better off. | I tried a Denise Austin yoga video a few years back and loathed it. I had no intention of trying yoga again until ankle pain forced me to try some type of non-weigh-bearing exercise. Despite my hesitancy, the wonderful reviews for Fat Free Yoga encouraged me to try the DVD.

| Love that video! It's got great custimization on it. I'm still on the level one, but boy it's a workout. It's nice to see some old faces and the different levels that each of them are at and be able to not feel pathetically out of shape. You know how most workout videos have these perfect background people that do everything perfectly? Well not this dvd. They struggle right alone with you, it's wonderful! And the trainers rock! |

| I love this workout! The first time I tried this video I wasn't expecting to make it too far before having to quit. But to my surprise, I finished all 3 segments. This is one of my favorites so far because it doesn't seem like an hour of exercise (at least not until the next day!). I like the fact that she spends a full minute on each exercise instead of just 10-12 reps. You have time to work on form and really get it right. Plus there's enough time between trainer changes to grap a drink of water throughout the workout. |

| Great yoga workout. A good amount of time spent in downward dog pose so if you don't like blood rushing to your head, don't get it. Otherwise, great workout. |

| I do not think this video should be considered exercise. Of course, if you have never exercised, it is a good place to start. I did not even break a sweat with this video and it did not work my core. It did work my thighs, though. This is for beginners, intermediate or advanced would not get any benefits from this except to learn a few dance steps. I do, however, Like the instructors very much. | years ago we had a Sweatin to the Oldies tape and my husband used to laugh at me dancing to it...now that we're senior citizens he decided it would be a fun work out and saw the ad on TV for all of the sessions--loved the price and the quick delivery! |

| This workout is amazing. I have been using this to workout for about a week now and I can really feel and see the difference already. It is not for the faint at heart. It will get you breathing heavy and wanting to stop, but if you stay at it, you will definitely get great results. |
