| I tried a Denise Austin yoga video a few years back and loathed it. I had no intention of trying yoga again until ankle pain forced me to try some type of non-weigh-bearing exercise. Despite my hesitancy, the wonderful reviews for Fat Free Yoga encouraged me to try the DVD.

| Love that video! It's got great custimization on it. I'm still on the level one, but boy it's a workout. It's nice to see some old faces and the different levels that each of them are at and be able to not feel pathetically out of shape. You know how most workout videos have these perfect background people that do everything perfectly? Well not this dvd. They struggle right alone with you, it's wonderful! And the trainers rock! |

| I do not think this video should be considered exercise. Of course, if you have never exercised, it is a good place to start. I did not even break a sweat with this video and it did not work my core. It did work my thighs, though. This is for beginners, intermediate or advanced would not get any benefits from this except to learn a few dance steps. I do, however, Like the instructors very much. | This is a great DVD. The sections with hand weights and bands are really good for toning up. I have dropped a jean size with this using this DVD and a couple others. I don't have any real yoga experience and I found this manageable. Some routines are more challenging then others. The instruction is very easy to follow and it's well paced. |

| This DVD is quite enjoyable...it is a great way for the belly dancer to refine his/her techniques and get a full dance workout. The content of the video seems to have more of an artistic approach, as opposed to just doing one drill after another. (Don't get me wrong, drills are great, but sometimes I get bored with them and I just want to dance!) The combos flow nicely together and the choice of music fits well in each section. The fact that it is put together to feel more like a dance performance than a workout makes the time go by faster!

| I love this workout! It is everything I thought it would be when I purchased it. I love that the ppl doing the workouts with her are on the heavy side. It's harder for me to stick with a workout for weight loss when all the ppl on the dvd are sticks & don't need to lose weight anyway. That's not the case with this vid! I highly recommend it! The 3 miles goes by very quickly & your heart rate is def up there! I was actually expecting a very easy walk in place vid & what I got was an awesome workout instead! |

The beginner level is great for those new to working out or just new to Pilates to get familiar with the exercise. I've been doing the Intermediate level for about a year and I occasionally challenge myself with the harder level, but the intermediate routines are still providing benefits.
