| I love kundalini yoga because it isnt so hard to be mindful. But at the same time my body truly craves the tradtional stretching of yoga. This a great combination at both, the mediditation at the end always makes me cry, which can be a little confusing, even so I always look forward to doing it. |

| This DVD was what I needed to learn yoga. I am not what could be called limber by any stretch of the imagination and yoga always seemed intimidating.
Judi was able to get me past that with her good instruction and gentlew voice. She explains the poses in detail at a pace that I was able to follow and the DVD seemed designed for me in how she made each pose accessible with many recommendations and suggestions throughout. | This is a good DVD for anyone wanting to start Pilates. To really get the benefits from Pilates you have to learn it properly. It's all about how you do each move and doing it right, not about how many reps you can get in. The instruction on this program is perfect for really learning about Pilates and perfecting every move so you can get the most out of it. | Ballet Conditioning is a fun and intense workout. I purchased the DVD because I do not like typical workout DVD's or going to the gym. I prefer activities such as sport games, swimming, and dance. In addition, I have an interest in ballet, but cannot commit to a class at this time. This DVD is a perfect combination for me. The beginner level is great for those new to working out or just new to Pilates to get familiar with the exercise. | This is one of Denise's great DVD's. I have done other Pilates DVD's of hers, and this one is right up there. It is a bit advanced for me, which is great. I want to challenge my core. This is broken up into a few short workouts, and a bonus challenge; it can always be done in it's entirety. I have days when I want to use the whole DVD for my day's workout; there are days, however, when I want to use one segment for part of my day's workout.

| I've been using this DVD for over a year and I still love it! The "matrix" system allows for endlessly new practices. If one day I feel I need to do some forward bends, I'll throw them in, or if I want to work on shoulder stand, I simply select that portion! It's fantastic! If I'm feeling energetic, I simply love the "Dancing Warriors."

| The short routines and focus on stretching for different activities is what got me to by this DVD. I've only had a few weeks but I can already see that it's a great addition to my collection. I've just started doing yoga and it is amazing. This won't replace my yoga, but I like that the instructor has combined sports stretching with some poses from yoga, Pilates and dance to come up with an interesting and effective stretching program. |
