| I got this DVD today and thought i'd just pop it in the dvd player and check it out like i do my other dvd's that i buy so i know what i'm getting into before i get in to it, i could not help but to jump up and move with Shaun, i even had company stop by to visit and they even jump'd up and started doing the "freak" you'll know that move if you ever did his workouts. | This workout is amazing. I have been using this to workout for about a week now and I can really feel and see the difference already. It is not for the faint at heart. It will get you breathing heavy and wanting to stop, but if you stay at it, you will definitely get great results. |

| I agree with the reviewer who said that a lot of the cueing & choreography are not performed with the rhythm of the music. This is mostly because Hemalayaa spends a lot of time telling you to 'play with the camera' instead of how to work the gluts! The 'butt monster' move,which was introduced in the beginning, was not challenging at all. In fact there are more torso exercises than those working the gluts. | This really looked good and fairly simple on all the infomercials, but if you live in a small space, without hard floors, it's very difficult. Trying to do the slides, small hops, etc. on carpet wasn't easy. And if you have any kind of back problems, then forget it! A lot of sit-ups, push-ups, lunges, etc. needed. Although I think this would be very effective, I'm unable to do it. I was very disappointed. |

| this is a great ab workout...I use it in a confined space. A different workout that I would normally do...and I can feel the burn. |

| This video is good. The Low Impact Aerobics is good for days you want perform low impact. Stretch Abs Buns nd Thighs is really good. This part has two workouts 25 min each and really works you out in 25 min but it was real fun.
Total Body Sculpting is with weights so good if you like weights. Overall good since you will not be bored doing the same routine. |

| This is one of the best ab workouts I've ever tried. You really feel the burn without hurting your back. The movements seem so small but really pack a punch. |

Personally I like the 'abs and arms' part better than the 'buns and thighs' part, but that is also because I use slightly different techniques in bellydancing. For the bellydancer this dvd offers a useful workout to strengthen the muscles used in dancing, and for the non-bellydancer it offers a useful workout to get into shape all the same.
