| We've had these dvds for 3 yrs. This one has recently been my daughter's favorite. She's 5 now and appreciates that the poses are ABC related and in order. She likes making the animal moves and it just adds to the other 2 in the series. Great for kids...keeps them active and engaged. |

| My 5 year old son loves this dvd. He will take it out on his own when he thinks he needs to calm down(he usually does). He is very active and I purchased it hoping it would help him learn how to relax. I wish I could say I use it more with him, but he usually pulls it out himslef and watches it and does the poses. Of course he likes the silly ones better. All in all a great dvd. |

| This is a really cool dvd. I'm *so* not into "working out," and I hate anything that causes perspiration (not nice), yet I wanted something that would provide stretching and minimal movements. The added bonus of the cleansing is a big plus. This is it!
In addition, I do feel a lot better, and stronger, after doing the Qigong -- I do believe that it works. Usually I'm irritable and feel weak from doing constant night shift work, but this helps me feel more resilient, as if I'm more stable ... Read More: |

| A pretty good video, it's just dated. It says its filmed in the 90s but it looks like the 80s. So, it's just a little hard to get past that. |

| I like this video, but it is very, very easy. If you are experienced, you might not find it challenging enough. But it is a nice re-introduction to yoga if you've taken a bit of time off after birth. |

| Instructor Suzanne Deason has a very soothing voice, nice for relaxing with yoga. She goes through several easy, yet intense stretches, using a strap to help pull the leg closer for a deeper stretch. The workout comes in about 30 minutes, but there is a point in the workout (after about 17 minutes) where she has just finished some standing stretches, then pauses and says "nama stay" -- then moves on to floor stretches.
