| I was very young when this Series was produced and so I did not have the opportunity to see it as a child. However, back in the early 1980's it was re-broadcast at about 1AM on a local Seattle start up station and I caught about three episodes and was hooked! | If paramount is compiling these DVDs from TV land edited versions, do not waste your money. Their editing is ridiculous, often cutting the best scenes from classic favorites. All for a few more advertising dollars. It should be illeal. |

| Well, we loved the first 2 seasons, but we were surprised to find ourselves disappointed by the 3rd season of the Dick Van Dyke Show. They repeat the Laura jealous of Rob/Rob jealous of Laura theme way too often. There were so many other themes and angles they could have pursued and often did in earlier shows. | My kids love the Dick Van dyke DVD's. I like them too and have enjoyed reliving my childhood memories while viewing them again with my kids. Nothing scary, sexual, or in bad taste. Truely wholesome viewing, which is so hard to find in today's mature content world. I'm looking forward to purchasing the next volume soon. |

| The Dick Van Dyke show was wonderful, having occasional brilliant frims. A frim is a comedic device in which A and B are having a conversation, but A thinks they are talking about subject A and T thinks they are talking about subject B. The authors of the Dick Van Dyke show were wonderful at creating frims. |

| From my perspective, it just doesn't get better than Dick Van Dyke. The series which ran 5 seasons was absolutely brilliant. I became a fan watching reruns after school in the '70's. And I have every episode in the box DVD set. I purchase these for friends...and am proud to say a whole new generation of fans are enjoying this classic series. |
