| If this is the first time you're going to be seeing Ron White, it's got some great jokes of his. That is if you can get around the fact that the live audience has a habit of getting very excited after he starts the first line of a joke, creating anticipation that might disappoint.
If you've already seen one or two of his skits, you probably won't be seeing too many new jokes. But overall if you're looking for something to hold on to, this isn't bad. |

| a man that uses ontological dadaism as a source of comedy - this man is a
genius. I bought a vhs of his about 20 years ago that was on a par with this concert, arguably his best two. His comedy must be experienced about 5 times to fully grasp the nested sublevels of his humour. Glad to see him back in the form he is a master of, instead of those insipid TV appearances. Welcome back, Steven!! |

| This special was filmed at the Moore Theater in my hometown of Seattle. I had seen Wanda Sykes on a few television appearances and cameo's on sitcoms... but I had never seen her bit before I bought this. I was laughing so hard almost the entire show! Well worth it! I'll enjoy watching her over and over |

| I was disapointed in the fact he only does one here's your sign joke the intire show. The rest was family tails and jokes. A little boring and only sometimes funny. |

| I had purchased a used dvd at a considerable savings however, the disc was damaged and had some skips in it. I guess I got to see about 80% of it, and what I saw was hilarious. I returned the dvd to Amazon for full credit. I plan to purchase another dvd in hopes that I might have more luck this time.

| Bill Maher has been funny since "Politically Incorrect" and his show "Real Time" is great, but I believe his true calling is stand-up. The ease of his "jokes" come across like he is talking to a friend and educating at the same time. As far as content goes, not for the weak of opinion, he is clearly not without a very strong one. Agree or not, he does make valid points. And the Q&A as an extra is a fun little addition that I wish more political comedians would do. It does show that they are more in touch ... Read More: |
