| This is simply a must have if you are a Lost In Space fan. I remember most of these shows when I was a kid and now I can watch them any time. Only three seasons so the whole series is fairly cheep. I recommend getting this and all the Lost in Space products. |

| The Irwin Allen movie is a bit cheesey, but the print is good.
The silent version accompanying it is better dramatically and is very well preserved. |

| For those of you who enjoy time travelling back to a simpler time, but haven't been able to find out how, then Lost In Space, Season 3 is the DVD package for you.
Sure, the SFX are cheesy, the plots simplistic, and there is an "Oh, Gosh Darn!" Serial Sensibility about it, but therein lies it's charm. It's classic 1960's TV. | Though I thought season two of Irwin Allen's classic series was the weakest of the show's three, I finally succumbed and purchased volume two simply because it contains some of my favorites from that year: "The Astral Traveler," "The Galaxy Gift," "Trip Through the Robot," "The Phantom Family," "The Mechanical Men," and "The Cave of the Wizards." Though these exhibit the same fantasy-oriented storytelling that dominated the season, they do have a better structured plot than the rest in the compilation.

| As always, The Pilot VTTBOTS is in some ways superior to the series. A pretty suspensful film, well written, good color special FX...the 'Global Warming' Addition to the DVD is great, and *also* includes some excellent history of Science Fiction. Get this edition if you buy the film. |

| Its an interesting movie. Synopsis: Earth's Van Allen Belts are on fire! And the Earth is slowly burning up in the roast spit. One daredevil Admiral with his new Nuclear Submarine has a theory that if a nuke missile is exploded in the belt, it will cause the burning belt to explode away from Earth.
