| This is not high brow comedy by any stretch, but it makes no difference since there are so many funny lines and scenes that it all comes together to make me laugh all these years later.
Chase, Murray, Dangerfield and Knight all have memorable parts in this movie and as a golfer some of these things come across as pretty funny since they are semi-real. | "Groundhog Day" is one of Bill Murray's best efforts. To think that a movie could repeat the same day over and over and over again and still be interesting is amazing and a credit to Murray's ability to draw viewers in. It turns out to be a sweet film of romance and I highly recommend it!

| My husband and I saw this in the theater when it was released 22 years ago; when it was released on VHS, it was one of the first movies we bought; when it came out on DVD (FINALLY!) we bought it and celebrated. This movie is fantastic - classic Robin Williams, classic soundtrack. We quote this one all the time, too.
We like to watch this one, and follow it up with Captain Ron for a full night of Caribbean cult classics. |

| I know that "Analyze This" was marketed as a comedy but is a movie that makes fun of a man being thrown out of a seven story window really that funny? Robert DeNiro spoofs his gangster image (four letter words and all) as Paul Vitti the gangster who turns psychiatrist Ben Sobol's (Billy Crystal)life upside down when he turns up for therapy sessions.
