| I like this series because it has my favorite car the 1969 Dodge Charger and because they race a lot in it and it has some action like blowing out houses up. | The pilot is worth the price of the ticket alone. Saw this with some friends who'd actually never seen Wonder Woman before, and to tell the truth, I'd never seen the pilot. Glorious really. Since then I've seen episode 1 and yes it did fall quite a few notches below what we'd seen. Though I never mind seeing Wonder Woman running around in the background whatever else may be happening. | This 1981-82 Season of The Dukes Of Hazzard was probably the last strongest season throughout the Dukes whole 7-year run on CBS for various reasons.

| After the underrated season six which was due to the lead actors complaining of bad scripts, Season seven showed the new direction of the show was short lived.
Even more insulting than the worst ever episodes in the entire series (Robot P. Coltrane, A Visitor In Hazzard) was the fact the the jumps were done with miniatures and toys that looked fake(stock footage would've done a better job and cheaper). | I thoroughly enjoyed these DVDs and have watched them repeatedly since I received them. It is so refreshing to watch family programming that reflects good values, humor and adventure. I was so glad to fine that "The Crucible" was included. |

| episodes are in high quality resolution, although i would have loved to see the full cut of las vegas strangler(originally 2 hour season premier),also cut are : nightmare(mising over 2 min),
survival(missing 15 sec.), starkys lady as well slightly cut . but to my surprise i was very pleased to see the full 2 hour cut of murder at sea even though in 2 parts on dvd it is the full lenght abc version , excellent . | Actually, I purchased all 4 seasons at the same time. My favorites are in fact seasons 1, 2, and 3. But 4 is okay too, (I just never liked the mustache and you S & H fans know what I mean!) In seasons 1, 2 and 4, there was an episode list for each disc but there wasn't one in season 3. I think it was probably an isolated error on the part of the manufacturer though.
