One of our favorite movies in my home is "The Prestige". It is an incredible work of art. The movie stars Christian Bale, of "The Dark Knight" fame, Hugh Jackman, Michael Caine, Scarlett Johansson, and yes, David Bowie. I watched the movie, expecting to (ho-hum), watch and do other things, but soon became lost in the story. Christopher Nolan did a wonderful job of creating a spooky, dark, ambiance for the story. | Insomnia is already one of the best films of the year. Chris Nolan who brought has the excellent Memento follows up with this brilliant film. Al Pachino is great in the lead role but the scene stealer here is Robin Williams. When you see the film you'll know what I mean. I won't go into the plot all I'm saying is go see it |

| The first film of mastermind director, Christopher Nolan (Dark knight, memento), it's simply BRILLIANT the way he puts together this dark puzzle. The movie plays in chronological disorder to make you feel disoriented like the protagonist (jeremy theobald), who doesn't know what's really happening around him. It got a lot of twists, and just when you think you know what's happening....you're WRONG!!!. Like every debut film from a director, it got it's little flaws, but is compensated by its brutal final act!!.
