| This DVD is quality. My job involves long hours and I don't have time to get to the gym most nights. With this workout, I've been able to tone up my body in a short amount of time. The trainers don't waste time talking and giving instructions. Each move transfers seamlessly to the next so you can get a decent cardio workout in as well. I'd recommend adding in some classic cardio workouts a few days a week, but even if you can't, this workout will definitely show results. I promise you will feel it ... Read More: |

| I'm a bit dance challenged and was hoping this would not only give me exercise but would teach. It was hard for me to follow for some reason. Anyhow, even if it's b/c I've got two left feet, they were not enthusiastic and it was even awkward at times...it felt very hurried and boring for them. I'm giving this two stars b/c of my left feet (my problem) and b/c I did like the very last segment. | This is the #1 ab video I have ever purchased. Denise has every ab move possible on this dvd including, yoga & pilates. I've been doing it for 2 weeks & see amazing results (as well as changing eating habits). Even my husband raves about the dvd & how well it's helping me. I recommend it to everybody. It works! |

| I have been using Leslie Sansone work outs for years and they are great. They are strong and effective. This one uses light weights and is perfect to a get a double work out - cardio and strength - at one time. Fast pace but easy to follow, fun group on the tape and encouraging. |

| This was my first Denise Austin workout video and still my favorite. It allows you to pick which areas you want to work on and what intensity. As you become more fit, you can increase the intensity of you workout. The stretch/flexiblity isn't as good as it could be, but is a standard Denise Austin stretch from the other videos I own. I also wish the abs different levels of intensity, but understand why not.
It is still one of the best Denise Austin workout videos out there. No frills, great workout option. |

| This exercise DVD gives you a good workout. The dance steps are easy to follow and could get boring, but since each segment is only 10 minutes it doesn't matter. Denise can grate on your nerves, but she was okay on this DVD. |

| I remember Denise from back when I used to do Aerobics. I remembered her as energetic and "bouncy" .. I had a hard time imagining her leading a yoga routine. My concerns were valid, she has lost none of that energy and I kept wanting to "shush" her. I don't need someone telling me to "make it burn" or "you can do it" or any of those things during yoga.
