| As someone who only recently allowed my body to get out of shape, I needed something to kick start a core-training program, and this was the perfect choice! While difficult, it's enjoyable and pleasant. You feel your body throughout the day after working out. It makes a difference immediately.

| I work out daily mostly with advanced workout DVDs (Cathe, Amy, Mindy, etc.). I disagree that this is just for beginners. In fact, it has just the right pace to use heavy weights and if you do, it will kick your butt. Additionally, it is easy to add compound moves making it harder yet (static lunges with tricep overhead press, leg lift with bicep curls, etc.). Cindy is very pleasant and precise in her cuing. I definitely recommend this DVD to any fitness level. |

| I've now used this video several times and have been impressed with it. The instructor provides solid, easy to understand explanations. I appreciate the simplicity of the production; there is no cheesy music or distracting panning to other buff exercisers. The moves aren't super easy, but the instructor gives ways to make them easier and also encourages a beginner to only do as many as they are comfortable with. |

| I ordered this DVD 4 days ago, and tracked my order yesterday. It said I was suppose to get it tomorrow, then I checked it again today and now it says I will be getting it in 9-13 days. I called Amazon and they are telling me I will be getting it on 9/10/08, that is 13 days excluding weekends and holidays.
I have ordered other products before and have gotten them on time or earlier on the date that they had on the tracking info. This is the first time they will take twice as long. Disappointed! I pray that it comes sooner. ... Read More: |

| This DVD has some interesting exercise combinations, but the format leaves something to be desired.
The explanation of each workout should be in a separate intro section. She simply stands during each intro and there is also a lot of standing around between exercises within each workout (every second counts when a workout only lasts 10 minutes).
