| I enjoy this routine very much. 40 minutes and a good stretch. However I keep having problems with the DVD. I have purchased three copies to date. Each has had problems operating in the DVD player. The last copy won't play at all. Very frustrating. |

| This pilates video is great. It has three different levels of difficulty and two different lengths for each level so you can start slow and build up.
The moves seems easy but if done correctly they can really challenge you and create smooth muscles. I recommend this to pilates beginners and people with joint problems. It works! |

| I absolutely love this video - so much so, that I have been through 3 copies from wearing them out. It is the only practice 1) i can fit into my schedule, it's the perfect length to make time for 2) that doesn't result in injury or aggravation of back/hip issues.
Says total content is over an hour - there's tips for using props etc, but I just go straight to Stress Relief Practice --> Gentle Stretch and then the rest of the core practice goes from there - total time is 20 minutes which is perfect ... Read More: |

| Very relaxing and good for extreme beginners or someone who doesn't want a lot of impact. I enjoy this workout but get bored with it on some days. |

| I started exercising recently and got bored with just walking so I thought I would try Yoga. I did a lot of research on the DVD's and instructors before I bought this DVD. Her instruction and pace is wonderful for a beginner like me. I now have other DVD's of Ms. Deason's that I am going to try. |

| This is one of the first Yoga DVDs I owned. I have since worked my way through several of Rodney Yee's and some other productions as well, but I believe this remains my favorite because of the flexibility it offers.
It is nice to complete a more serious Yoga collection because it has 3 short components (each around 30 minutes). This way you have segments that are short enough to do every day. | I bought this years ago & though they are a bit hard for those who are out of shape, I wouldn't recommend them for novices, but they are still beginner level in terms of physical/flexibility level.
The lower body is with Susanne Season. The music is light, the scene is her near the edge of a cliff with gorgeous mountain range behind her. She is alone & there is no modifications.
