| This is not high brow comedy by any stretch, but it makes no difference since there are so many funny lines and scenes that it all comes together to make me laugh all these years later.
Chase, Murray, Dangerfield and Knight all have memorable parts in this movie and as a golfer some of these things come across as pretty funny since they are semi-real. | Within the first 5 mins. you hear "h*ll" and "d@mn" from one of the characters. Not a problem unless you were hoping to show this to a 5yr old. To be fair, it is a PG film but the it would have played just fine without the language. If families were Spielberg's target audience (who else would watch this), he had to know that the language would keep younger viewers out and that older teens might not be interested in Casper. | ...this is turning into one of my favorite movies...
At first, i didn't enjoy it, but then i GOT it...and am falling in love with its style and characters, even though there really is NO good guy in the entire movie. But, in my opinion, this is Woody's BEST PERFORMANCE... He, and Juliette Lewis were made for these roles... | This a good comedy from ADAM SANDLER in the tradition of
"BIG DADDY", "HAPPY GILMORE" & "MR.DEEDS". SANDLER has become a household name, one of the biggest comdey actors in the 21st century. He keep on belting them out by the year. I rate this movie a 8 from 1to10!! |

| i just love rodney dangerfield!!! i've seen this movie several times but never on dvd. my son is a junior in college and i just had to get it for him. also with this dvd you get extra bonus features which you don't get if you have just the vhs from long ago!!! |
