| "The O.C" reminds me of those sugary, frosted cookies in Safeway: You know they're bad for you, but they taste so damn good you just have to have another, and another, and another... My advice to the newbie to the show, or to someone who watched some of it and kicked the habit mid-way through the first season, give it a chance: It's addicting, sure, but unlike too many TV shows, the dialogue is sharp, the characters intriguing (and gorgeous) and the storyline is fluid. | To be honest, I like depressing. Seriously, I relish in it; I mean I practically bathe myself in depressing. I don't know why, label me weird all you want, but there is something about the cinematic representation of that whole `all is lost' that just really moves me in ways that most other cinema cannot. | It's not the best zombie flick I ever saw but it definitely wasn't the worst (that honor goes to Zombiegeddon). I actually found it to be humorous and entertaining even they didn't follow many of the zombie rules that we see in most other zombie flicks. If you have friends who only like zombie movies if they're comedies this is one that they will enjoy. |

| For what the big studios would spend on dry cleaning for a picture, Archibald Gips has delivered a slightly crass but sweet comedy that speaks some essential truths about dating and relationships. Production values are excellent and the performances are solid. A far superior film to supposed king of recent romantic comedies, "Sleepless in Seattle" (a movie that was insulting to both Seattle and sleeplessness). |

| I love this movie and hate that I can't get it in a regular DVD format. I happened to see it on a cable channel and was very happily surprised. It has intrigue, action, suspense, humor, emotion and a smart exploration of what it might be like to be telepathic. |
