| Wow! This has to be one of the more unusual movies I've ever seen, one that is leaves you shaking your head in amazement. I am hesitant to say too much for fear of ruining this for anyone who hasn't seen it. There is so much one could write, pro and con, about the material in here. Suffice to say if you like modern-day film noir, or "neo noir," as its often called.....then check this out.

| Love the interesting stories and the characters; plots, pacing, and suspense are all great; but the series is overly gory, ER is mild in comparison. That's one reason I like the dvds so well, I can fastforward right through the gory parts, plus miss the commercials; or rather, I don't miss them. Like the fact that the film stars in this series don't consider it beneath them to do a tv series. Now that we've been introduced to all the main characters, the show lets you see more of what makes them tick, and we even see the beginnings of romance as the season goes on. Some flashbacks to season 1 are a nice touch, keeping a nice continuity. |

| I agree totally with Patricia A. Sanders. I thought I was emotionally dead but then I put this movie in the DVD player and off I was to feeling strong emotions again. This one has the magic for sure. It pulls all the strings in your heart and it thrills you to the bone. Excellent. Steven Spielberg sure knows how to make a wonderful movie. Every scene steals your heart! Don't miss this one. |
