This is a great workout and the time just flies by. When I was done, I could hardly believe 30 minutes had passed. As long as you don't allow youself to cheat and actually do the exercises as instructed you will get a great ab workout. The only exercise I had trouble with was the reverse pushups and for those, I did standing pushups against the wall.
