| This dvd really surprised me! I am not used to the balance ball workouts, thinking they would not be that effective. Silly me! This is a great workout, challenging for me as a beginner. Easy to follow and it flowed smoothly. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because I did have an achy back after, but I have 2 herniated disks, and just need to keep doing it to build up my core (hence the reason for this particular workout!)I would recommend it to anyone though. |

| I really like this video - you can do each of the 10 minute segments separately or together as one workout. They are not too easy or too hard, and short enough to not get boring, as many pilates videos are. There is weight training, which is very nice and the girl in it is not at all annoying (another very common problem with workout videos). I've done it since I was only 18 weeks (I'm 25 now) and should be able to continue throughout the entire pregnancy. The stretches help with back pain too! |

| This is a really nice Pilates workout that gets right down to exercises and has little to no idle chitchat. The music is upbeat and the instructor is cheerful, yet professional, so it doesn't seem like you're spending 30 minutes doing this workout. Some of the exercises could be performed a little more slowly for greater effect, but she does stop briefly between most exercises so you can easily catch up if you choose to slow down a bit.

| This workout is decent but I wouldn't recommend it for higher intermediate or advanced exercisers. She breaks down the steps nicely, but if you are familiar with aerobics and basic kickboxing her breakdowns are a little too basic. Do we really need to slow down a grapevine? The instructer is encouraging, cues well, and I like the power bursts. There is also a modifier to make the power bursts lower impact.
