In addition to this, John Adams had such a full and interesting life, how could one not be intrigued by this story. It is almost unbelievable that one man could do so many things in one life-time. Also, the acting, cinematography, and direction is fantastic. |

| This movie is very fun, and Kevin Kline and Sigourney Weaver are excellent in it.
Kevin Kline plays two parts in the movie, Dave and President Bill Mitchell. Dave operates a temp agency and also makes a few extra bucks playing President Bill Mitchell. The night Mitchell is to give an important speech Dave is used as a decoy so that the real President can make it to the speech without the press hounding him. | What a drag! A movie may be well-acted and worthy of many technical credits, but this plot was depressing, disturbing, and not even remotely entertaining.
I realize that life is not all hearts and flowers. In fact, I can get into a heavy drama with the best of them, provided there is some element of hope, resolution, redemption or something that I can walk away feeling good about.
