| Atonement is such a beautifully shot movie. Every scene was filmed perfectly and Keira Knightley must be one of the most beautiful actresses in the past decade to act on screen. (Even though someone should make her eat a hamburger or two because she is very skinny) I also read the book by Ian McEwan and I must say the interpretation to screen was very well done.

| I love Austen and have read the book and seen the BBC adaptation more than once. Since this movie is so much shorter, I knew there would be compromises, but I had still hoped that the film would bring Austen's loving, amused, witty and razor sharp view of the British society in the late 1700's across. | Ok LOVE the movies and in a triple pack its SO worth it.... however, I'm in Australia and as a consequence I use an Australian player.
The first two films work, BUT the third does not. The Special Features disc does... but not the movie. In the same delivery I also got Nightmare Before Christmas which also doesn't work. I don't know why they don't work but I'm assuming that it has to do with the release dates. Have Disney begun coding their blu rays?? I know fox does... |

| The second installment was well worth watching.
This swashbuckling tale continues in the best of Disneys new style. You want something to watch with your kids with no foul language they'll like, this will fit the bill. If you liked the first movie, this is just as good. And wait until you see the next installment. Things are just beginning for Jack and the crew! |
