| Al Gore would probably like this movie, but Michelle Polk rates it at zero! A gory movie which made little sense. Oh, I get the whole propaganda theme but the movie itself was just stupid. Suicide after suicide is committed because the plants are angry with humans. It might make a good sci-fi book but to watch those scenes over and over was just too rough! |

| This is one of my kids all time favorite movies. The picture on the blu-ray is brilliant and simply amazing. And the squirell is hilarious, how he is always getting hiself into trouble, falling off cliffs, getting stuck in the ice etc. The squirrel is so funny he deserves his own movie. This is sure to be a family favorite. |

| Moulin Rouge is a movie that you really can't "sort of like." Either you do, or you don't. Warning: it can be taken to come off as a little corny, but as long as you can get past that...the movie is FABULOUS! The songs are "on point," the acting is commendable, and the story...wow, well you'll just have to see the movie for yourself! |

| I saw this when I was a kid, and though I wasn't exactly a huge fan of it, I did collect quite a few of the trading cards. Saw it again just recently. Though it augments a couple of the ideas from the Super Mario series (Thwomp Stompers, Goombas, etc), Super Mario Bros is nothing like those early Nintendo games. Rather than being a colourful, cute and varied fantasy, the world of the "Mushroom Kingdom" is trashy and dirty, full of crime, cars, cages and sci-fi explanations. | Very well done movie and a step towards returning to the form and style of his first successes (rather than the disappointing "Lady in the Water"). M Knight continues to excell as always at setting a scene and a mood, and Mark Wahlberg and Zoe Deschanel are excellent, Betty Buckley fantastic and absolutely scarey. I feel he could have done better at the finish...too much was left hanging, though the transferance of the "happening" to France at the end was nicely done. | I've watched every movie Pacino has ever been in or acted in and I have to put "Carlito's way" at the top 10 of his movie list. In my opinion it surpasses even "Scarface" as far as the over all artistic quality of the film and acting. Sorry folks! I know a lot of you love Scarface, but if you watch a younger Pacino in "Panic in Needle park," or "Scarecrow" you will see a much more engaged and talented actor.

| To Wong Foo Thanks for Everything Julie Newmar is a cute and funny film about three drag queens who want to be legends. Patrick Swayze is the prettiest man/woman ever! Wesley Snipes, well he isn't so graceful. This is a great buddy buddy flick, check it out sometime. |
