| I wont go into detail about the show itself because others have already done so. The only reason I rated it a 4/5 is because it's in widescreen, which looks real small on my 14 inch TV. Is there any way to change the settings to make it normal? |

| The Jungle Book is one of those Disney classics that I never ever get tired of watching! It was the first ever Disney cartoon that my parents got me when I was a child. The characters in this masterpiece are wonderful and each and every one of them has a unique style and personality. Kudos to Rudyard Kipling for writing this beautiful story that will live on in our hearts for many years to come! |

| I was a bit skeptical about this movie when I first heard about it, but I finally got around to picking it up on Blu Ray. First off let me start by saying this movie is not for people who only want action, explosions, and shootouts. | The first time I saw this movie, I was a young teenager visiting my grandparents. It was coming on TV one night, and my grandmother mentioned that I would probably most enjoy it. As always, she was correct. Mr. Holland's Opus is, by far, one the BEST movies ever made!!! There are so many personalities exhibited; full ranges of emotions explored and expressed. | A great movie. One of the all time best. We all know that! Even all the Ebert wannabees that clog these pgs know that.
This 'Collector's Ed' has the intermission 20 mins into the second disc! I realize there are tech reasons for this. I think so anyway. It's still a pain. If only the intermission was at the end of the first disc. Perhaps in the near future they can put the whole movie onto one disc. Transfer is pretty good to my non-techie eyes. |
