| You can't get fit in 20mins without those 20mins being focused and intense. I've spent years "phoning it in" (a Jillian-ism) at the gym and these workouts are more intense but vastly more productive. This is not your typical workout video. With most workout videos a relatively "fit" but inactive person (I don't rock climb for fun) will find them generating a small sweat but producing next to zero results. | I would recommend using the Cardio Max DVD along with the Power Sculpt DVD. I started out with the cardio for two weeks and then started using the sculpting dvd every other day. I was losing weight with the cardio alone, but the sculpting really sped up the process. You can customize your workout using three different levels so you don't get bored. All around, this is a great DVD. |

| After doing the Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD for 2 weeks, I started incorporating the Power Sculpt DVD every other day. I love that there are three levels and you can customize your workout. I have lost 23 lbs. in two months and I feel great. |

I'm a 45 yr. old working mother with three kids. I only have an hour in the morning to exercise/stretch/cooldown/shower so I was looking for something short but intense to help me lose these last 10 lbs. | if you already purchased any of the previous seasons, i highly recommend buying this one too. its vital because it adds on to the story and the history of cell, trunks, and the androids.i'd give you further information about the dvd but i dont want to spoil the excitement =) |

| I'd say this is one of the most important sagas in DBZ, and memorable to boot. The remastered video quality looks great, and the audio sounds perfect. Totally worth the money for a DBZ fan looking to buy it. |
