| As an avid DVD collector of 1950s and 60s series, all I can add to these outstanding reviews is that I believe this to be the series from the past that holds up best. Great plots(always about people, personalities and how they hold up under the stress of warfare), great acting, great guest actors and superb production values(locations, settings, and A.D. | Adam-12 was one of my family's favorites when I was a kid, and it's as good today. Oh, maybe it's not as "real" as some of the junk being put out today. But then again, I don't look to Hollywood for a picture of reality.
TV is nice for some occasional entertainment, and Adam-12 is a good one to plug in from time to time. |

| This edition of Combat! has 16 episodes &, once again, they're not in broadcast order but in production order. A minor point but it's not quite the way it was. We no longer have Shecky Greene (Pvt. Braddock) but Jack Hogan (Pvt. Kirby) has become more visible in this set. Season one of Combat! had more fluctuation in the supporting cast & that wouldn't become more solidified until the next season.

| I have to say this movie is one of my favorite movies. The sense of loneleiness and longing, and the realness this movies portrays in the lives of five strippers, has made this movie one of the best, especially dealing with sensitive topics such as stripping and stereotyping and cliches. | If you're a golf fan this is a great video to get a perspective and background on the history of golf, how it has evolved. Some great vintage photos and videos. It's from 1999, so you won't see all the hype about tiger woods and the more recent golf stuff, but for a newbie to golf or the serious golfer, it's a great watch. |

| The final volume of the black & white episodes is this one. This is the last set that anyone needs as season five does a nosedive. There are only 15 episodes in this set. Combat!, like all other television shows, was cutting back in the number of episodes being produced. One of the greatest things about this series was no one ever looked clean or neat.
